Returns & Exchanges
Because skincare is personal, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
We will gladly issue a replacement or refund if:
- Your product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
How to request a return or exchange:
- Contact us at customercare@fort-sumpter.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless damaged in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Final Sale Items
Discounted, promotional, and gift card purchases are final sale.
