Shipping Policy

Yummy Tummy (“we,” “our,” “us”) processes orders within 1–2 business days of payment, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Estimated shipping times are 3–7 business days within the United States, but these are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier.

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of damage or loss in transit, customers must notify us at customercare@fort-sumpter.com within 7 days of delivery. Documentation (including photographs) may be required to process claims.
